研究自述
陳玉潔，中央研究院法律學研究所副研究員、美國紐約大學法學院亞美法研究所Non-Resident Affiliated Scholar、紐約大學法學博士。專長領域為國際法、人權法，研究聚焦於中國、台灣以及兩岸關係。近年來研究議題包括中國人權、中國對國際人權體系之影響、香港國安法制、台灣與中國關係之法律爭議、台灣國際地位以及台灣與國際人權體系之互動。
