研究自述

  中央研究院法律學研究所助研究員、美國紐約大學法學院亞美法研究所Affiliated Scholar、美國紐約大學法學博士。研究學科為國際人權法,聚焦於人權、國際法與國際關係交叉之面相,研究地域為中國、台灣和兩岸關係。近年來研究朝四個主軸發展:(一)中國威權政法體制;(二)中國對國際人權體系之影響;(三)兩岸關係之法治人權議題;(四)台灣與國際人權規範之互動。除了在美國、台灣、香港、英國學術期刊發表論文外,也撰寫時評短文、參與公共論壇,希望為學術知識普及化做出一點貢獻。

  2017年學成回國,於中研院法律所進行博士後研究,2019年任香港大學法學院Global Academic Fellow,2020年回到中研院法律所,投入法律所「中國大陸與港澳法律」研究群組之發展。

  2019年在香港研究期間近距離觀察香港抗爭與政局變化,更深刻體會研究中國法律的急迫與重要性,未來將持續開展關於台灣、中國、兩岸關係、香港之人權和國際法研究,期待與台灣學界一起開拓深化對中國法律體制之學術分析與公眾討論。
